 Member-Owner is (1) share at $150.00. 

• Membership can be split into 10 monthly payments of $15, 3 monthly payments of $50, or a 1-time payment of $150.
  
• This membership is good for life and can be willed and transferred upon the expiration of "PRIMARY SHAREHOLDER"
  
• Each shareholder is allowed equal voting rights—one (1) Vote Per Shareholder.
